Cutipol has a factory in the quiet town of Caldas das Taipas in Portugal. This area is known as an area with many cutlery factories nearby, even in Portugal, where food culture was developing, and Cutipol also started as a family-run company in the 1920s. Although it was a small manufacturer with only six employees at the time, it grew to produce iron forks and spoons and export products.
