About the usage of personal information

ZUTTO Inc. (collectively, "" we,"" us,"" or "" our”) uses customers' personal information only for the purposes described below.
1. For delivery of products, payments, shipment of catalogs and DMs, customer services, and for any other communication with customers to conduct these operations.
2. To inform new products and services.
3. For marketing, promotion and to gain statistical data for product design.
4. For the proof of identity to disclose, change, add or eliminate registered information.

2. Cases of sharing personal information
We never disclose or share personal information without agreement from the customer except for the following cases.

We might outsource personal information to a shipping carrier in case of the shipment of products, catalogs, and DMs. We never disclose the personal information beyond the scope of the purpose.

The personal information we collect is all voluntarily provided by customers. However, our services would not be fully provided in case we could not obtain proper information.

On our website, we use encrypted communication by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in order to protect personal information from intercept by third parties. SSL is used on the page where personal information is sent and received, such as the page of account registration, and request of information, response to a questionnaire, etc. We acquired the certificate from GlobalSign for the SSL usage.

Contact us for disclosure from the phone number or e-mail address written on d). Our customer service team or management group would respond.

For the request of disclosure, please contact us with the document of the Disclosure Request linked below.

3. Requesting by mailor e-mail
In case you would like to send us the Disclosure Request, send by mail or e-mail. Generally request by a phone call is not acceptable, but you may call to inform us about sending the document.

4. Identity verification
1) Sending the Disclosure Request by mail
a) Send us the document of identity verification
b) Sent us the document of identity verification and we will send you the document back by registered mail

Driver license, passport, Basic Resident Registration Card, insurance card, a copy of residence card or a copy of residence certificate

2) Sending the Disclosure Request by e-mail
We will verify your identity with ID and password we will issue.

In case there is a request for identity verification in the way other than the process mentioned above, we will evaluate properness.
5. Claim by an attorney
1) Mail
The identity verification of the client and the agent shall apply the confirmation method of (4). 1). A) (Please note that it is unnecessary for the agent to send a copy of the resident certificate).

Regarding the authority of the agent, please send us a copy of the certificate of the family register if the agent is a legal representative of a minor.

If the agent is a legal representative of an adult ward, please send us a copy of the guardianship commencement trial.

If the agent is an arbitrary agent, please send us a letter of attorney and a copy of the seal registration certificate. Please note that if the agent is a qualified person, please send us the documentscertifying the qualification (e.g. registration number, seal registration certificate etc.).

2) E-mail
To confirm the identity of the client and agent and the authority of the agent, please send us the documents requested on 1) in PDF file or send us an electronic signature. In case that the agent requests us to confirm in other methods mentioned above, we will evaluate properness.
