According to this Terms of Use, ZUTTO Inc. (i.e. ZUTTO) provides the service of sale of products using the website via the Internet in Japan. Those who use the service must read the Terms of Use and accept the contents before the use.
Seller of every product handled in this service will be ZUTTO.
As for the sale of products, Terms of Use and any terms ZUTTO specifies for a product separately would be applied.
If Terms of Use is different from the separated terms, the latter terms would take a priority.
For making an order, a user enters order information on the page ZUTTO provides and sends it to ZUTTO via the Internet.
For each order, a user chooses a payment from the following. Some payments cannot be chosen depending on products, shipping address or other reasons.
· When the product is delivered to the addressee specified by the user, please pay the price to the delivery person by cash.
· If you select cash on delivery, the following handling fee would be charged unless stated otherwise.
· Cash on delivery handling fee 330 yen (tax included)
· In some areas such as remote islands, cash on delivery may not be available.
· In this case, ZUTTO customer support will call you to let you choose other payment methods.
· Only the credit card in the user's name can be used.
· Payment in full, revolving payments and payment in installments are accepted.
Note: Availability of revolving payments and payment in installments depends on a credit card you use. Please ask your credit card company for details.
·To use a credit card for payment, you need to enter the name on the card, credit card number, and expiration date.
·VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS cards are accepted.
·Your payment would be made based on the Terms of Agreements that your credit card company prescribes.
·The date of using the credit card would be the date of order.
·We provide your credit card information for ZEUS CO., LTD, a collection agency to complete your payment.
· You can order and pay by using an address and credit card you registered on Amazon.co.jp.
· Amazon Points are not available on ZUTTO. Also, Amazon Points will not be granted by purchase on ZUTTO.
· If your e-mail address registered on Amazon.co.jp is same as the one you registered on ZUTTO, ZUTTO Points will be given to your ZUTTO account.
· To use ZUTTO points, please select ZUTTO account for the purchase instead of Amazon Pay.
· In case of ordering from a smartphone, you can use carrier billing of docomo, au or Softbank.
· Please enter your ID, phone number, password on the carrier site to proceed the order. The price of the order would be paid with your phone bill.
· ZUTTOCARD is a prepaid-type card issued by ZUTTO. A user is able to load the card and make a purchase by using the card.
· Customers can reload ZUTTOCARD by using a credit card that ZUTTO accepts.
·The lower limit price for recharging is the amount mentioned on the back of ZUTTOCARD. In case the recharged price is exceeding the specified amount, you can load at one yen.
·If the balance of ZUTTOCARD is less than the total amount of the item, it is needed to recharge the card or to pay the rest of the prices by other payments, such as cash or credit card.
·We never cash or refund for ZUTTOCARD itself or the balance of ZUTTOCARD.

All prices of the products on the website are subject to consumption tax and local consumption tax (hereinafter referred to as "consumption tax, etc.").Consumption tax would not be applied for international shipping.
Shipping fee will be 660 yen (tax included) per delivery. For some items, additional shipping fee may be charged. For shipping overseas, the shipping fee varies depending on the shipping address and the weight of the package.
Note: The order with one shipping destination and the total price is more than 11000 yen (tax included), shipping fee will be free. (During some promotions, free shipping may not be applied.)
The ordered items will be delivered by the shipper specified by ZUTTO.
Depending on products, the delivery date may be changed or delayed due to various circumstances and back order. In some cases, we may not be able to take your order.
Please note that ZUTTO assumes no responsibility for any losses caused in the above cases.
Our customer support will contact you shortly if the shipment of the product has a significant change in the delivery date.
Please also note that while the ordered products are usually put in one box, some products may be placed separately in multiple boxes.
Please receive your item within one week from shipment. accept the item within one week from shipping. If you do not receive in the given period, we may cancel your order.
If your order has not been in the shipping process, you can cancel your order from My Page.

If you wish to exchange or return an ordered item, you can request from My Page within 7 days after the item arrives.

Please note that the following items cannot be exchanged or returned.
· Used even once or was damaged by customers' use
· Used for purposes other than those originally intended then caused any problems
· Damaged package or manual (eg. Stains caused by removing a sticker on the package)
· Lost or discarded accessories such as packages, attached bags, hanging tags, attachments, warranties and certificate of appraisals
· Removed attached tags (We cannot accept exchange or return even if tags are kept.)
· Repaired, washed, dry-cleaned or retouched after delivery
· The one did not work normally due to the specification or compatibility of the products. (Please check the usage environment in advance.)
· Opened consumables such as detergents, cosmetics, body care supplies, and sanitary goods
· The one that has passed 8 days or more without any contacts after it arrived
Based on the warranty attached to the product and the conditions described on the documents, after-sale services would be provided from the manufacturer.
For the products without warranty or the one that is not covered by warranty, the policy of Exchange and Return mentioned above would be applied, i.e., the legal policy of liability for defect goods would not be applied.
Please read the conditions of guarantee on a page of each product.
Based on the warranty attached to the product and the conditions described on the documents, after-sale services would be provided from the manufacturer.
In the case of repairing a make-to-order product or exchanging its parts after the period specified by the policy of Exchange and Returned, the parts may be replaced with different ones from the original even if it is based on the warranty. Please understand beforehand that we may not be able to meet your request.
We pay sufficient attention to protecting your privacy and personal information.
Except for the following exceptions, we will not disclose personal information gathered on our business to third parties without your consent in advance.
· When disclosure is requested from public institutions such as government agencies based on the authority specified by law.
· When we, ZUTTO Inc. determines that it is necessary to disclose in order to protect the rights, profits, honor, credit etc. of our company and other customers.
· When disclosure is required for work with group companies and cooperating companies.
In this case, we will request the group companies and cooperating companies to manage personal information properly.
ZUTTO manages and stores the personal information provided by users under a strict management system. We constantly strive to strengthen security to preserve the users' personal information from a third party except for the above exceptions.
ZUTTO will enforce encryption by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology for all transactions including credit card number between a user and ZUTTO, and strengthen security within a reasonable range.
As mentioned above, ZUTTO strictly manages personal information and is actively working to secure transactions on the Internet.
However, even if security technology such as SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology is used, it cannot be said the security is perfect.
In spite of ZUTTO's security measures, ZUTTO cannot assume the responsibility for damage to the user or third party caused by unreasonable acts, such as attacks by hackers.
Cookies are data that websites send to your computer to identify users and are recorded on the hard disk.
ZUTTO may send cookies to your computer when you visit the website of ZUTTO.
By using cookies, ZUTTO will be able to offer better service to you.
