We will deliver products in about 3-5 days after confirming your order. (For credit card payment, we deliver after it settled.) Depends on products, it may take about 3 weeks for delivery. We will announce you in that case. Also, please note that the delivery might be delayed because of the weather or traffic.
While we are surely thorough in our quality control, in case that the item is damaged in transit, or in case that you receive a different product from your order, we exchange the product immediately for a new one.
Please send the product to the address above in 7 days after you receive the product.
In case there is a defective product or misdelivery, we will refund the bills for the product and postage after we receive the item you sent back.
In case of return for personal reasons, we will refund the bills for the product and consumption tax (no refund for postage).
Also, the way of refund depends on the payment you chose on the order.

We refund the bills for the product and consumption tax (no refund for postage). For ZUTTOCARD, we will recharge the same points as the refund price.
- In case you pay by cash on delivery, Amazonpay, and Carrier billing
We will pay the bills for the product and consumption tax (no refund for postage or the extra charge for cash on delivery) into your bank account. Please note that we deduct the bank transfer fee from the refund amount.
If you wish to return the product, please contact us in 7 days after you received the item.
