The oldest of CASWELL-MASSEY's eau de parfums is Number Six, which was first formulated in 1772. In 1780, the first president of the United States, George Washington, discovered this fragrance at a Newport pharmacy, became a repeat customer, and gifted it to several friends, including the Marquis de Lafayette, a French aristocrat and commander in the American War of Independence. Since then, it has been a favorite fragrance of countless famous people across generations.

[Jockey Club]
A perfume that reproduces Jockey Club, developed in 1840. Jockey Club is a fragrance based on the scent of a bouquet of flowers given to race winners, and was a favorite of President John F. Kennedy and American horse racing legends. The base is made of citrus, thyme, and basil, and it has a refined and refreshing finish with a small amount of dried honey and rose.

This eau de parfum, named "2571" - the year the company was founded in 1752, reversed - expresses a positive vision for the future through its fragrance while cherishing tradition. Following the top notes of refreshing cardamom and bergamot, orris root and cypress add delicate depth. The last notes are sandalwood, amber, and vetiver, creating a rich and sophisticated aftertaste.

MADE IN USA since its founding

CASWELL-MASSEY began as a pharmacy founded in 1752 in Newport, Rhode Island, USA, by Scottish-born pharmacist William Hunter. At the time, Newport was also known as a place to buy European luxury goods, and Hunter sold cosmetics and personal care products in addition to pharmaceuticals. He also imported fragrances from Europe and blended 20 unique colognes numbered 1 to 20. George Washington often purchased number 6, which helped CASWELL-MASSEY fragrances to become popular among politicians and intellectuals of the time.

For the next 270 years, CASWELL-MASSEY has continued to attract celebrities of each era.
