Shoes are important because they protect and support our feet. Even if you don't usually pay attention to them, if your shoes fit well, you can walk and run every day without stress. WALSH, created by a genuine shoemaker, is a brand that represents such stress-free sneakers. These sneakers are a reflection of high manufacturing technology and a passion for shoemaking.
The "TORNADO" series in particular is an improved version of a running model that is said to have been a favorite of Mr. Walsh, the founder of the brand. These sneakers are extremely simple and chic, and you can see why they were made for running from their design that fits the shape of the foot, their non-slip properties, and above all, their lightness. However, even though they are modeled after running shoes, their beautiful coloring and stylish shape make them easy to use as everyday sneakers.
A fit you'll feel every time you walk
The WALSH sneakers TORNADO-T GREY/WHITE are a well-balanced combination of polyester, smooth leather, and suede, giving them a high-quality, sophisticated look. They are made with a focus on lightweight design, and you can feel the lightness of the upper when you put your foot in. The fit is comfortable, fitting snugly to the sole of your foot, and you'll be hooked once you try them on. The main material of the upper is breathable nylon fabric, so it doesn't trap moisture and is always comfortable.
The sole is made of EVA trail sole. It has just the right thickness, and can handle sudden stops like a car tire.
This GREY/WHITE is a shoe unified in soft gray and elegant white. The colors highlight the texture of the nylon and suede, making it perfect for those who want to enjoy the original texture of the material. The basic grey color is easy to match with a variety of outfits, making this a highly versatile pair of shoes.
Born by the hands of a genius shoemaker
Norman Walsh, who chose to become a shoemaker at the age of 14 in 1945, joined Foster Bros. Footwear, run by the grandfather of the founder of Reebok, as an apprentice and devoted himself to shoemaking. Foster discovered Norman's high skills and recognized him as a master craftsman, and at the age of 16, he began making shoes for the British Olympic team. At the Olympics, the athletes' records improved dramatically, and Norman's shoes became known to top athletes around the world.
Then in 1961, Norman founded Norman Walsh Footwear. Since then, he has been manufacturing sneakers for use in all fields, including track and field events, cricket, football, and rugby. In 1981, they provided shoes to the Everest expedition. Their flexible shoes that can withstand harsh environments are recognized worldwide. The best feature of WALSH sneakers is that they are all made by hand. From sewing to sole attachment and packing, they are all done in their own factory in Bolton, England, where craftsmen who have inherited Norman's craftsmanship continue to carefully make each pair to meet the needs of various customers.

Normally 22.5cm | Usual sneakers: 22.5cm / Usual pumps: 22.5cm
Foot length 21.5cm / Foot width 8cm / Foot circumference 20cm / Instep height 6cm (slightly high) This time's shoes: I choose [4/23cm]. The length, width, and height of the instep were all the perfect size. I have narrow feet, so it was perfect for me, but these sneakers are a little tight, so if you often wear thick socks or tights, I recommend ordering one size up. >>Click here for how to measure your foot size |
Normally 24.5cm | Usual sneakers: 24.5cm / Usual pumps: 24cm
Foot length 24cm/foot width 10cm/foot circumference 21.5cm/instep height 7cm (high) This time's shoes: I choose [6/25cm]. If you choose this size. I like my sneakers to be loose-fitting, so I chose this size, which has a little extra room overall. This size is recommended for those who often wear thick socks or tights. The width is normal, but the instep is high, and the strings are adjustable, so you can wear them for a perfect fit without feeling constricted. |
