Although it is a combination of different materials, the similar colors make it cohesive, and the fabric part has gathers to create a dress with a sharp and sweet design. Rare baby camel and pigment-dyed plain weave cotton

Baby camel and cotton docking dress made of 100% camel (camel) knit fabric and 100% cotton woven fabric. The knitted fabric is made from baby camel, a rare hair of the Dipterocamel, which is found in the Gobi Desert of Mongolia, up to six months of age. Camel hair, which lives in the desert in a cold and dry climate below minus 40°C, contains plenty of oil, which gives it a fluffy and supple texture. It is also soft and less prickly. The seamless WHOLEGARMENT design ensures a stress-free design. While giving a warmy feel, the camel's unique moist material gives it a feminine impression.The woven fabric is made of thick 40 twin yarn cotton. It is a rough, plain weave fabric with a coarse atmosphere. Only this woven section is pigment dyed to give it an antique image. The draping of the baby camel knit and the docking of the sharpness of the woven fabric create a contrast in material quality and a crisp, rhythmic design.

The brand's predecessor was a boutique that started in 1978. The company originally started as a store that sold purchased clothing, but in 1983 it changed its policy to manufacturing all products in-house, built a factory behind the store, and established the brand "FACTORY", which sells original wear. The brand started with just a sewing machine, but as the company continued to make clothes that fit each customer's body, in 1990 they decided to go overseas in search of materials in order to create products with even more originality. He started going to work there and even established a dyeing workshop. Although we are a small company, we continue to make clothes with particular attention to detail, and our current form of creation, in which we handle all planning, material development, manufacturing, and production ourselves, was born.

All of FACTORY's design patterns are created at a design atelier in Tokyo. Our staff, who have extensive experience in pattern making at collection brands, create all shapes using 3D cutting and repeat sample stitching over and over again to create a design that is comfortable to wear without being tied to trends, and is simple but comfortable to wear. The result is a one-of-a-kind piece of clothing that is a bit unique. The company's factory in Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture creates clothes based on the patterns created. In addition to cutting and sewing, we also take care to dye our products and raw materials at our attached dyeing factory. This is a style of manufacturing that reflects the atmosphere of Ashikaga, a region historically known for its textile manufacturing, that is reflected in its clothes.
