Hideki Mitsuda, founder and creator of MARVELETS, worked as a garment designer in Paris and France, influenced by her couture designer. At that time, when I happened to visit a bag factory of a senior designer, I was shocked by the appeal of leather and the fun of processing, and this was the reason for starting MARVELETS later. Clothes are usually completed through the hands of many people. On the other hand, the bag has the charm of dyeing leather in the color you want and making it possible for almost anyone to make it by hand. Mr. Mitsuda was fascinated by the charm and moved to Okayama Prefecture where he could concentrate on making bags, and started MARVELETS.

"Those that increase in depth over time" and "Things that fade and become more attached". This is the concept of manufacturing that Mr. Mitsuda considers. Mr. Mitsuda undertakes all of the pattern paper, sewing, dyeing and finishing, and all the important parts are MARVELETS bags that are done manually. In addition, we are particular about natural materials and vegetable tanning that show the power of nature over time. In addition to leather, we combine materials such as hemp and wool, and finish the original recipe.
