Founded in 1970, Ishihiro Seisakusho is a scissors workshop in Tokyo that continues to specialize in manufacturing medical scissors.
Mr. Ishida, the current head of the company, passed away shortly after Ishihiro Seisakusho entered the workshop, but he learned techniques from his peers, and while making medical scissors, he also used those techniques to create products for customers. We make scissors for general households because we want to hear what our customers have to say and what their reactions are.
The shape of the tools comes from listening to the voices of the people who use them. Ishihiro Seisakusho manufactures products with sincerity and care.
