Lorena canals was founded in Barcelona, Spain in 1990. About 20 years ago, founder and designer Lorena Canal was watching her daughters play on rugs and thought to herself, ``What if I could wash rugs at home?'' We are a pioneer manufacturer of washable rugs that started out as a result of this.
A quarter of a century has passed since its founding, and now it has grown into a brand loved in 70 countries around the world, including Europe and New York. We are also actively working on environmental issues and contributing to society, and a portion of our profits are returned to society by supporting the establishment of nursery schools and schools in northern India.
