The difference between loquat cotton and Chijimi Takashima is the twist of the thread. Chijimi Takashima uses a thread that is twisted stronger than usual, but loquat cotton is twisted from there to the limit, so it feels drier.
Next, weaving such strong twisted yarn into the fabric using an air jet loom that blows the weft with air, but that work is also difficult. Because it is twisted strongly, it often shrinks during weaving.
