Alarm clock BC01 is an alarm clock that faithfully reproduces the most basic "AB5 / 1990" among round shape models. It is a product that focuses only on the function as an alarm clock, with only alarms functionally.

It's so compact that it doesn't disturb the space even if you put it on the bedside, and it's nice to be able to put it anywhere in a small space such as a washroom, entrance, toilet, kitchen. This feeling of size makes the product of an inorganic alarm clock look like an adorable presence. Simple modeling that fits perfectly into the landscape matches any room. It is recommended as a practical product that also serves as an interior for those who usually wake up only with a mobile phone alarm.

Functionalist design

In 1921, engineer Max Brown began building a factory in Frankfurt. It started with manufacturing radio components and in 1929 grew into a radio manufacturing company.
After founding Max Brown, his son adopted Deterrams as a designer as he decided on the future direction as the takeover concept was revised. Recruiting designers starts with the image of the type of customer who loves brown products, products that give you the freedom to gain a sense of fulfillment, and people who can think intelligently and flexibly. It leads to the idea of being a person who pleases.

The design that combines the simple appearance and easy-to-read Ramus waste with innovative technology has been selected for Moma's permanent collection at the end of the 1950s and will be recognized worldwide as a new standard. The completed design that has been loved since its release may be called “functionalist design”.
