Base of Heisei old Imari

RISO is a pottery who began making pottery from 1955. At the beginning of the project, they mainly manufactured Kannon statues, figurines, and Obidome.
We changed company name to limited company Li Zhuang Yinsha from November, 1979, and we began to make tableware for home use, and came to the present.
The fourth generation "Shinji Terauchi" takes over the family business as a successor to RISO, and continues researching pottery, making the foundation of the ancient Imari period with ancient dyeing and taking it up in various specialty magazines and receiving an unsolicited evaluation.
It is RISO that continues to create the charm of old Imari, which is still fresh with age, rather modern, with white porcelain and vermilion dyeing.
Arita Yaki is a 400-year-old representative of Japan, including RISO, and is one of Japan's most sought after by designers in the world.
