In 1932, the first Kumamoto Sutematsu, a wholesaler of ceramics, founded Manko Shinko Kiln Co., Ltd. with the aim of "manufacturing with high quality". We mainly manufactured tableware, clay pots, vases, etc. After that, the company name was changed to Ginmine Pottery Co., Ltd., hoping that it would last like the icecap that remains on the summit. In addition, the second generation, Tetsuzo Kumamoto, developed "Hana Mishima" by incorporating the Mishima technique, which was only available in luxury products. It was widely distributed until it was called the standard clay pot. PETARI began when a manufacturer who specializes in making clay pots that match the times and occupies 80% of the domestic market share made them as clay pots that can be used on everyday dining tables with the motif of ceramic plates that are familiar in Yokkaichi.
The flat pot, which can be used comfortably in the kitchen or at the table, is a cooking utensil that makes daily cooking easy, fun, and delicious. It is a brand with a new perspective that seamlessly connects the kitchen and dining table against the backdrop of historic manufacturing.
